reimagine

1:1 mentorship for the woman who has outgrown who she's been and is ready to become who she actually is.

this is the season that shapes everything that comes next

these liminal, in-between seasons in life change everything if we let them. the uncertainty that keeps us choosing paths that no longer fit - is actually the doorway where the real work begins. this is where we get to release old blueprints that were never ours and start curating a life we actually live, not just imagine.

the chapter you've been waiting for

every woman has an inner world that carries her specific truth and her specific direction in life. together, we slow down enough to hear it and let it shape how you live, not just how you think.
here's how we do it:

locating desire

we start with what's actually pulling you forward - not the version of yourself your conditioning approved, but the older, quieter one your body has been holding onto underneath everything else. this isn't a goal-setting exercise. it's an act of reclamation. you arrive here already knowing something. the work is creating enough space that what's true in you can finally surface. we're not generating anything new. we're excavating what's been there all along.

the body as foundation

nothing else in this work lands without this. we learn what your nervous system has been doing underneath everything - the patterns it developed to keep you safe - and we start giving it something new to orient around. then we go deeper: mapping the parts and stories that have been quietly running your decisions for years, meeting them with curiosity instead of shame. this is where the patterns that have felt like personality start to reveal themselves as protection.

your actual wiring

this is where it gets fun. we bring in human design, a little astrology, and seasonal energy - and suddenly things that never made sense about yourself start to. the way you make decisions. the way your energy moves. why certain environments light you up and others drain you completely. this is permission to stop working against your own grain and start moving with it. we also practice the art of receiving here - pleasure, desire, the things you've been quietly wanting but haven't quite let yourself expect. your yes gets louder. your no gets cleaner. something in you starts to open.

holding what you call in

the last thing we build is containment. the devotion and discipline to hold what you've called in so the next version of you has somewhere to live. your old patterns will come back for what's familiar — they're convincing, and they know exactly where you're soft. this is where you learn to catch them, stay with what's new even when everything in you wants to return to what's known, and choose differently anyway. transformation without containment is just insight. this is what makes it land.

this is for the women between versions of themsevles

the woman in transition from love - she just left something that mattered, or she's stepping toward something new after years of going it alone. she's not just navigating a relationship. she's redefining who she is inside of one.

the woman questioning the ladder - laid off, promoted, or just quietly done with a path she worked hard to build. the uncertainty isn't the scary part. the scary part is that she's not sure she wants to go back.

the woman who's started over - new city, new chapter, holding loneliness and possibility in the same hand. she's braver than she feels and she knows it.

the woman whose friendships have quietly stopped fitting - she's not ungrateful. she's just hungry for something more real, more mutual, more alive.

the woman who has been holding it together for everyone else for so long she's forgotten what it feels like to be held herself.

the woman outgrowing her own story - the roles, the labels, the version of herself other people still expect. she can feel who she's becoming. she just needs somewhere to do it.

the woman finding her way back to her body - starting to listen instead of override. starting to trust what she feels over what she's been told to think.

the woman who knows something is ending before she has words for it - and is finally ready to follow what's calling instead of waiting for permission.

TESTIMONIALS

the power of this work together

i took the leap

"I put my 2 weeks in at work yesterday. I have no idea what comes next, but I knew I had to do it for myself. Thank you so much for your guidance - I don't think I would have had the bravery to take this step if it weren't for your guidance."

- Maria, Austin

space I didn’t even realize I needed

"I felt so safe with Kari. I am new to somatic work, so wasn't too sure what to expect. But in our sessions, I was able to free up space in my body I didn't even realize I needed."

- Jenny, Seattle

powerful, magical, compassionate guidance

"Kari is a powerful and magical teacher who illuminated so much about myself that I hadn't fully seen before. She offers guidance with compassion, humor and insight."

- Amanda, Detroit

i know myself better than ever now

"I'm fully mind-blown right now that I got the job. It seemed impossible, but at the same time i'm like, well - I know myself better than ever now and have so much clarity around what I do and don't want that of course it was possible. None of this happens without you. You are magic and gold and everything good in the world"

- Rachel, Seattle

"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door. If you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door."
- Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés

WE NEED WHO YOU'RE BECOMING

hey, I'm kari

I'm a corporate dropout turned somatic coach, (wannabe) writer, mentor and most profoundly - a forever student of the in-between.

I’ve lived through divorce, career pivots, moves, layoffs, and love that stretched me to my edges. Every transition has taught me that clarity comes when we slow down and listen to the parts of ourselves that have always known the way.

My work is not to teach you, it's to mirror you back to you - learning to trust yourself in seasons that feel uncertain, reimagining what’s possible from there.

If you're ready to dive deeper, here's a peek into more of my work:
